Rohnert Crossings is a 30-acre pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use project that would create a downtown district in the heart of Rohnert Park. The proposal will provide the beginning of a lively downtown complete with restaurants, retail and green, open space areas adjacent to the future SMART Commuter Rail Station in Rohnert Park, providing an ideal location for transit-oriented development.
The site, located at the former State Farm Office Complex at the intersection of State Farm Drive and Rohnert Park Expressway, encompasses an entire city block just across the street from the City Library, Police Station and City Center Plaza.
